1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jilif2 ("jilif2", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jilif2.net. These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with jilif2, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, participation in games, use of promotional offers, and all other interactions with our platform.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain a jilif2 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jilif2 strictly prohibits access by minors. Any account found to be registered by or used by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

Each individual may register only one (1) account on jilif2. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, with or without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. jilif2 shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You must notify jilif2 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All jilif2 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jilif2 does not accept foreign currency deposits directly into player accounts. All balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses displayed within the platform are in PHP.

jilif2 accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, QR Ph, 7-Eleven (over-the-counter), and USDT cryptocurrency. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of deposit. jilif2 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose separate charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawal processing times vary by method:

• GCash / Maya: Typically processed within 1 hour during business hours, subject to verification status.
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank: Typically 1–3 banking business days.
• USDT: Processed within 24 hours to the wallet address on file.

jilif2 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may temporarily delay processing. Withdrawal requests submitted while an active wagering requirement from a bonus remains outstanding will be held until the wagering requirement is met or the bonus is forfeited.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

jilif2 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms , the following general bonus conditions apply to all jilif2 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only. Players who have self-excluded or whose accounts are under review are not eligible.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Gameplay Rules

All games available on jilif2 — including slots, live casino, bingo, sabong, and sports betting — are governed by the individual rules of each game as displayed within the game interface or sportsbook. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during gameplay, jilif2 shall not be liable for any resulting losses. Wagers placed during or immediately prior to a confirmed technical fault may be voided at jilif2's discretion. For sports betting, jilif2 follows standard industry settlement rules. Wagers on events that are abandoned, postponed beyond the applicable settlement deadline, or declared void will be refunded at stake. Minimum and maximum bet limits per event and market are displayed in the sportsbook at the time of bet placement and are subject to change without notice.

• All odds displayed on the jilif2 sportsbook are in decimal format inclusive of stake.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended at any time during a live event.
• jilif2 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator without prior notice.
• Wagers placed after the commencement of an event where jilif2 can demonstrate the outcome was known at the time of bet placement will be voided.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilif2 platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or a third-party identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, algorithms, bots, automated scripts, or any artificial means to gain an unfair advantage over jilif2 or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any player who discovers an error must immediately report it to jilif2 support without exploiting it.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in live casino, poker, or any multiplayer game environment.

11. Account Termination

You may request closure of your jilif2 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

jilif2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable platform rules.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of jilif2 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact jilif2 support in writing and allow jilif2 a reasonable period — not less than 30 calendar days — to resolve the dispute informally. jilif2 is committed to handling all player complaints fairly, promptly, and transparently.

jilif2 operates in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Any complaints relating to jilif2's compliance with applicable gaming regulations may be directed to the relevant Philippine gaming authority.

13. Amendments to These Terms

jilif2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jilif2 will endeavor to provide reasonable prior notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification. Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications of existing provisions — may take effect immediately upon publication.

The version of the Terms published on this page at the date of your last login shall be the version applicable to your account at that time. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using jilif2 immediately and request account closure.
